Cutting edge Technology

I am doing installations for a company that will take the place of conventional paper filing. Medical offices ,insurance, real estate companies now can save Big$ and operate more effienctly. Once an image is scanned the Authentidate technology adds an advanced checksum to the image and it is accpected media all the way to the highest courts. The US postal service is using it, Goverment officials are using it and now microsoft is putting it with MS Office.

This is cutting edge tech actually converting to a paperless office What do you think about it?

System specs
I think some found it a sort of advertisement. I know my old company used it, It is a very neat concept. Made things a whole lot easier to deal with.
