it won't read
once i plug my cruzer in the usb port i can look at the properties and know that everything is working properly but i can't find it in the computer anywhere to open it up so i can access the files inside. it works on my computer at work just fine but my personal laptop is an acer and it had windows vista on it. the laptop is the one it won't open on. any suggestions. it also won't safely remove the hardware once its connected.
