im really confused now - i am looking for help to install my web cam - and what is happening now?

???? halloooo - will somebody please do something - i feel really lost here

sorry - wasn't sure that i was in the right place - never tried this before!! Sorry!

I cannot give many specifications, i lost everything but the webcam - and it only says msn(butterflysymbol)messenger on the webcam - no numbers no nothing
