CREATIVE Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra
Hi I am new to this so here I go
Ok I have a CREATIVE Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra 30Gb and I have not used it in a will when I I try to used it will not go in it come up with Rescue Mode v1.13 Boot v1.4 HW v0.01 1. Clean Up 2. Format All 3. Reload OS 4. Reboot Ok I have download the drivers and software for it and I can see the removible and I can go in to the Hard drive. but the screen keep showing on the screen this that I post at the top I try to clean up and the reboot but know matter what i do it keep going to there I think that the operating system have crash and need to be reinstall but I do not know who to do that can someone please help me the the problem please Thanks Richard |
