I've for a long time been looking for a utility which better lets me manage my multiple displays.
Two days ago I got the recommendation of trying out UltraMon, and this is the best utility I've ever had my hands on.
It creates one new taskbar for every display, thus programs you use on one monitor are also listed on their own monitors taskbar, but the futures doesn't end there...
It also allows you to assign hot-keys for moving windows between displays, maximizing them etc. So this program is also of good use for single display systems...
