Puts "no signal input"

Puts "no signal input"

When my computer boots it puts "no signal input" on my monitor but when the OS starts it goes away and windows starts normally.
i can't get into the BIOS menu or anything because its just a black screen.
My OS boots properly...

Any ideas?
