my internet wont work on normal mode but once i start up in safe mode everything works can someone help me

Sounds to me like some sort of software is conflicting with your network connection upon booting.

Try booting up normally and clicking:
START
then
RUN

Then type in: MSCONFIG

Click the 'STARTUP' tab and then 'Disable All' at the bottom right. This will disable any programs that boot with windows so you can trial and error which program could be causing problems.

Alternavitely it would be worth your time to run a scan on your system in safemode. Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and run a free virus scan.

would my hijackthis log file help at all

heres my hijackthis logfile and i already scanned my comp with webroot spy sweeper with antivirus, windows defender, and spyware terminator and nothing was found

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, [color=red]AVG Antispyware[/color] and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
