hey guys/gals

I have had a CiD pop up on my computer for thye last few weeks and it is driving me mental! how do i remove it? Ive looked around online and just found people finding long lists of files....any help is much appreciated

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, [color=red]AVG Antispyware[/color] and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

I Have jsut run the Anti-Rootkit, but it said nothing found....im just running the other programs, will tell you what the result is
