Easiest way is to go to www.majorgeeks.com and download one of the many file transfer programs they offer. Nearly all cost money, but they work for free for a week. They are rated so you can pick a decent one... they will automatically download all the related files to enable you to save them to disc... then will recover them on the new computer. Sorry I don't remember the names, but they will be in something like Mail Utilities... Also, there is a superb one on www.tucows.com that costs $30, but is free for the first few days.
