Video issue

It looks like there is lines going up and down my screen constantly nothing to noticeable but they are there my video card is a ZOGIS Geforce 7600GS 256MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16. Any ideas?

System specs
a) When did this start?
b) Have you tried updating the drivers?
c) Is it new?

This just started, I did update the driver and no change. The video card is only a few months old.

Try changing the refresh rate. Right click on the Desktop-->Properties-->Settings-->Advance-->Monitor--> Change the settings of Refresh rate and see if that fixes anything.
