Plz Help - PC crashes and reboot itself

My PC reboots itself 3 nights in a row now. I've checked the event viewer and found the following system error:

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000038, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000001, parameter4 aeb9aab6.

can someone plz tell me what it means, and how do i fix it? thanks!

Tmagic650: Are you serious? I have a 450W Antec case, I didn't think it was related to power, as it only started to happen recently. I used to let my PC running for many days/weeks without problems. Now it won't survive more than 12 hours or even less.

What does the error code means? thanks.

I ran "Verifier"
with option: "Create Standard Settings" & "Automatically Selete all Drivers installed on this computer"
after reboot, I get Windows BSOD indicating device driver or software issue.

I ran Verifier twice with the following error msg:
STOP: 0x000000c4 (0x0000003B 0x00000002 0x91DD6FEC 0x00000000)
&
STOP: 0x000000c4 (0x0000003B 0x00000002 0x90AE6FEC, 0x00000000)

can anyone help plz?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

See HERE for info on your C4 stop message.

Then, go and read this thread HERE and see if it helps you to identify the culprit.

If it doesn`t, attach 5 or 6 of your latest minidumps into this thread.

Regards Howard
