Adobe Acrobat

My Adobe just stopped working, I tried to unistall it so I would be able to re-install and it tells me "Internal Error 2711. Update files." How can I remove this from my Add Remove Programs and off my pc so I can reinstall? Orany other alternative fix.

Try to reinstall without uninstalling.

Or forget about Adobe alltogether and get Foxit Reader.

Will it open at all? If so from within it go to Help -> Detect and Repair or Help -> Check for Updates.

By that I mean opening it through the start menu, not doubleclicking a pdf file.

Reboot and try?

Personally I'd just give up on it for now and use Foxit Reader, then attempt to deal with it on another day.

I second SNGX, I recently tried Foxit reader and I couldn't believe how fast it is compared to Acrobat: http://www.techspot.com/downloads/15...it-reader.html
