Upgrade from P4 2.8Ghz to a P4 3.4Ghz

Can anyone tell me if it is worth my while upgrading from a P4 2.8Ghz Socket 478 to a Intel Pentium 4 3.4ghz Socket 478 CPU as I can pick one up cheap in good cond.

no, its not worth it, i wouldnt even spend 20 dollars for that chip.

No it's not worth it, Pentium 4's are outdated. Plus the performance boost would be so small.
