Boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 before the Windows screen appears. Go into Control Panel, User Accounts, Administrator, and remove the passwords from there

i have a dell d620 laptop when i try to start the laptop it is asking for a system or administrator password tried all i konw but it still asks me for the password hope someone can help

Curious question...
What causes this admin/sys password problem in the first place? Is it purposely done to a Dell laptop by some malicious former user or from a virus?

don't know what causes it just hope someone can help
