Why not try and build it yourself? Or, have you looked for a local computer shop? Tried searching on Google?

There is one local but I never go in. It always looks empty. I would need some serious help in building one myself, thats the why of my post.

You will find a vast amount of knowledgable people on this site that will gladly help you if you decide to build your own PC. First this is to figure out a budget and decide what the main function of the PC will be, like for gaming, graphics programs or just basic emailing an web surfing.
