Sounds good... but how do you make the glass originally? It requires energy to do that..

It also requires energy to move the water into position so that it can run down the tubes. I found it amussing enough to post, though I don't see much practical use for the effect right now. Maybe it could be used in hydro-electric dams to generate electricity in place of the turbine generators currently used, but it would have to be more efficient to make it worthwhile. An interesting effect none the less :=).

Oh good, you didn't take that as something to make a big argument about. I posted it kind of 'tounge and cheek' so to speak or whatever that cliche is, then I got worried some people might get bent out of shape and I almost deleted my post.
