sat-pimp Posts: 6 +0 Aug 14, 2007 #1 When I try and watch a DVD on my D620, the volume is really low. I used Windows media player and Power DVD. If I play a CD or a file from my hard drive the volume is fine. Checked the control panel and the volume is all the way up. Any suggestions?

B brandon26uk Sep 13, 2007 #2 Have you tried the dvd firmware update from dell? Also it could be a codec problem on your o/s
