Hello, I was wondering something,
when I try to install photoshop, it says to close internet explorer, but it is already closed, and it keeps on telling me to close it.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.

Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

iexplore.exe

Close task manager.

See if that helps.
