Shielded Cat5e

I have just installed Shielded Cat5e on a customer site. I have heard throught the grapevine that, I may be installing problems. I have heard that the shielding may act as an antenna.
Dose anybody have any experience in this area that can shed some light.

What sort of room/building?

Is it lying loose? or through wall trunking?

Are there any other cabling types near by?
 
This is being pulled through a ware house with conveyors and other electrical motors. 30' up in I-Beams to central spot on floor to rack/hub. Signal suppled to hub through fiber.
 
This antenna thing is not an issue as long as you ground the shield (from one end only).
