what does mobile to mobile mean?

I didnt know where else to post this but I was looking at AT&T's go phones and they had a plan that had unlimited mobile to mobile minutes. Can someone please tell me what this means?

It probably means making calls from your mobile to other mobiles.

No idea, i only use pay as you go as i don't have a credit or debit card.
