Don't want to be a pain, But!

Without taking up to much of your time I just want to say how much I have appreciated the reply I recieved from the TechSpot link "Paragon 33" when I had a password problem with my Dell Latitude C640. I found this TechSpot link through google and had an almost instant response in solving my issue. The file that was sent to me was precise and perfect, further, when I had trouble opening this file the support given to me was execellent. Thanks to "personnel", ie: David.
Good onya cobber.
