Many BSOD's, can someone decipher my minidumps

i have searched everywhere trying to solve my bsod problems, i thought it was solved because it seemed that they were all pointing to ram and i bought a new stick of ram (Samsung PC3200 1GB DDR400 184PIN DIMM Memory OEM). it seems to be more frequent when i reformatted and every time when i download large files be it bittorrent or just direct download. when i try to download driver updates for my vid card i cant dl the complete driver with catalyst because it requires .net framework 1.1, which in turn needs sp2 although every installer i have tried including for the .net framework (dled atleast 3 times for each site) so far has been corrupt when i extracted it or a "not enough disk space for swapping file, or error in cabinet file" error. Since my xp is not genuine i can't use windows update to install it.

i have had 6 bsod's in the past 5 days.

I do concur with the other posters. The first thing you should do is get a legit copy of Windows install on your system, fresh, fully updated.
