Hi guys, you will find my mini dump file attached. I dont understand it but I hope some of you can.
Kind Regards. Okay, i have just taken a closer look and it seem that; ntkrnlpa.exe is causing the error. I done some searching and some people say its due to faulty RAM or faulty PSU. Is this true? Last edited by howard_hopkinso; 10-22-2007 at 04:40 PM.. |

It wouldn't hurt to run MemTest 86+ which is a great free utility to test your RAM. This test will take time. I suggest starting it before you go to bed and leave it run while your sleep. The next morning check the results. A minimum of ten passes is good. Though it it is not a perfect it is nevetheless excellent. Google and you will find it.

Okay do you mean leave it go through ten times, because it goes up to #7 then restarts.
I also done dell's own memory test. All pass so far. |

if you have errors with memtest, then your ram is no good. You do not need to run it more than 7 passes.

I left it on, now just returned home; 11 passes.
Any other suggestions? |
