What you think to this comp?!?

Just a quick one guys,

Seen this comp on the net for sale, its a refurbished model and comes with 12 months warranty:

Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600
2.4GHz, 1066MHz FSB, 8MB Cache
Genuine Windows Vista (R) Home Premium
2048MB RAM Memory
320GB Hard Drive
DVD Re-Writer Drive
256MB NVidia GeForce 8300 GS
7-In-1 Media Card Reader
6 USB Connections

It dont say what mobo it is or what make the ram is....but i was thinking of sticking a 320mb 8800 in it and maybe a new case too. Ive got a g5 mouse g15 keyboard waiting to be used, then ill just need a new monitor and im set!

Soooo What do you think? Or am i wasting my time?

Tar, DM

Quad cores aren't effectively used in any game yet and unless you multi-task like crazy, the only thing you'll get out of 1 is more heat and more power consumption. Try to go with a faster dual core. As for the 8800GTS: It's a great card, when I had mine I was able to OC it to GTX speeds and score just over 10k in 3Dmark06 under Windows XP.

toss the vista out of the window and get xp, everything else looks fine though for most things.
