remove dell D620 BIOS PASSWORD
hi
Is anyone can help me removing the bios password on my dell d620 laptop This is the service tag: 35XXT2J-595B Express service code: 68-896-825-39 please if anyone can help let me know i have been going on on that for 2 months now...... cybernet |

what do you mean by they don't put that buttom cell for nothing can you help me to remove the service tag or not if yes please explain it to me properly thanks |

heres what i did and i sh** you not it works on a D620 even :go to the dell websight download the service manual for your model this will tell you exact location of buttoncell battery ...take it out for a few minutes then put it back and blammo your boot order options will be back regardless of setup password.then you can run dst from the cd and voala do put the same svctag back in i dont know why it just seems like the right thing ,anyways there you go nomore bios password!
