H howard_hopkinso Posts: 21,238 +17 Oct 28, 2007 #6 Mmm, that sounds like a possible hardware problem. Physically disconnect anything not required to boot your system. Leave just the cpu/mobo/videocard/hard drive/1 stick of ram, see if your system will now boot and post back. Regards Howard

However, since you can`t access Windows in normal or safe mode, this may prove very difficult to fix. I suggest, you transfer your hard drive to another computer as a slave drive and backup your important data, just as a safe guard. Then, replace the drive in your computer as master and try doing a Windows repair as per this thread HERE. Regards Howard
