Bios upgrade
Hi can anyone tell me what bios upgrade do i need and where to d/l it ?? thank you

Bios upgrades are manufacturer/mainboard specific. You need to check your mainboard manufacturer's website for any bios updates for your particular mainboard. The info you posted doesn't help.

Go to Epox for your BIOS updates.
