It looks like you pretty much have it covered. This is obviously a gaming rig so you really don't need a second optical drive but I always include a second one for mine.

I'm sure others can take issue with any one of the components on your list but everyone has their personal preferences. As far as I'm concerned, it looks like it will be a great gaming PC.

All seems to be in order. Should run like a beast on any game out there.

Can I have three NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512MB on this mobo? or do they have to be the 8800ultras?

There is no need for either of those, seeing how they are overpowered and are of no use for right now, I have a GTS ( which is below GTX / Ultra and sometimes GT ) and I can out-perform many machines, I play Crysis on max with 1680x1050 resolutions and still have about 26-30 frames. I've yet to see someone get over 30 frames with Crysis at my resolution.

The PSU is a rubbish one. Get a better one to avoid any future problems. Also consider a cooler for the northbridge.

That's not the point. Even that rig wouldn't be able to run Crysis maxed out at 1600x1200. No current-gen rig can.
