Browser-based IRC Chat client
I'm thinking of implementing this so that users can more easily visit TechSpot's IRC channel... What do you guys think?

Seems interesting to me. In fact, I was just looking for an 'easy' way because of this:

my concern would be system security and integrity for IRC and IM clients.
