My friend (who doesn't have time to post this, but will reply) has a dilemma.
He has his motherboard set up in his case and all the jumpers plugged in.
Now, when he turns on the power supply and presses the "Power" switch, his PS makes a wierd buzzing noise then nothing happens.
I have the same case with the same power supply, and mine turns on just fine.
I told him it was the power supply, but maybe one of you had this problem before.
