RunDLL Error at startup

Ugh. I hate this. Every time I start up my laptop, I get two Windows that say:
"RunDLLError:
C:\users\Zach\AppData\Local\Temp\ursrr.dll
Could not execute because file was not found ect ect."
The other one says the same thing except:
"RunDLLError:
C:\users\Zach\AppData\Local\Temp\yabyw.dll
Could not execute because file was not found ect ect."
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to rid my computer of this?

Thank you.
PS- Not sure if this is in the right forum. I apologize if it isn't.

Try this Startup tool: http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml

Failing that, try this one: http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm

Thank you for your quick reply =) Do you know what the "RunDLL Error" would be listed as on this startup thing? I have Vista BTW.

Oh, and I have a HJT Log if anyone needs it.

I usually disable(untick) everything
Then restart
If it's gone go back and start 1 or 2, then restart again
Until you find the problem

By the way, mine are all unticked
I start Antivirus manually

Security and the Web <-- Click

Edit:

ursrr.dll <- you know that both startup entries are saying this Trojan cannot be found
Therefore removing the startup entry may be all that is required
