I had it in the wrong forum before, dunno how I overlooked this one.


Ugh. I hate this. Every time I start up my laptop, I get two Windows that say:
"RunDLLError:
C:\users\Zach\AppData\Local\Temp\ursrr.dll
Could not execute because file was not found ect ect."
The other one says the same thing except:
"RunDLLError:
C:\users\Zach\AppData\Local\Temp\yabyw.dll
Could not execute because file was not found ect ect."
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to rid my computer of this?

Go ahead and run through the preliminary removal instructions as those entries appear to be associated with a Trojan. Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions

After following the instructions please post here

1) A Hijackthis log
2) A Combofix log
3) An AVG log

The reason for this is because going through the preliminary removal steps will eliminate some malware and then if there are infections that can't be removed we can move forward from there.
