System specs
Might be good for an HTPC with an 8500GT and a low-power CPU like an E21xx series or a Celeron. Otherwise, it's not recommended.

I agree. That power supply is not adequate for any high speed system... good replacement for a store bought low-budget, basic computer that has a failed power supply.
