The past 24 hours have been fairly busy as far as Windows 10 Insider Preview builds are concerned, with a new desktop build leaking online just hours before Microsoft officially unveiled Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview build 10536.1004.

Build 10536.1004 is the first Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview build for over a month, as Microsoft has been working behind the scenes to polish the operating system ahead of an imminent release to manufacturing (RTM). This new build includes several major bug fixes, addressing broken functionality such as mobile hotspots, alongside a couple of new features.

This new Windows 10 Mobile build now allows you to use one-handed mode on all phones regardless of display size, while the Photo app has been updated with a folder view and performance improvements. The Insider Hub is also included in this build once again.

The new build is available to all Insiders on the Fast ring now, although Microsoft warns that two stages of updates are required to transition a device running build 10512 to build 10536.1004, which make take longer than usual. Lumia 1020 owners may want to hold off on updating as many of the phone's camera features don't work in this new build.

As for the Windows 10 Insider Preview on desktops, build 10537 has leaked online following the official launch of build 10532 late last month. This new build reportedly includes several bug fixes while simultaneously introducing a larger stack of new bugs, which is probably why Microsoft hasn't officially released the build to the public.
