1G PNY Attache Flash Drive Help

Okay, so I have this 1 gig PNY Attache Flash Drive that I use to play movies on my home theater system. I copied my movie to my flash drive and plugged it into my home theater system. It started playing great but 6 seconds into the movie it restarted and played from the beginning. I have formatted it and everything but I can't get my movie to play for anything!! I need help please!!

if you formatted it, then it is erased.

it is erased

it has nothing on it and when i put the new movie on it it still only plays 6 seconds of the movie.. i think it might be corrupted
