2 hard drives

hi,

i just installed two hard disks on my computer

one is master (80gb)

second is slave (40gb)

i want to have windows xp on 80gb master hard disk and linux suse on 40gb slave hard disk. will i have evrytime open the boot menu to select what hard drive to boot from or is it possible that everytime i start the comp it will automatically give me two choces, what hard disk to boot from, and if nothing selected it will automatically boot from the master after few seconds. and would it be possible to acess files of the other hard drive while being into another. thanks!

Yes, install Windows to the 80. Install Suse to the 40, after Suse is installed you'll be presented with a boot menu to choose Windows or Suse. By default it will automatically boot suse after 10 seconds or so, but you can change that.
