2 inch by 2 inch lock appears on desktop and cannot get to the internet

A friends computer has not been used for a few months thus antispyware and antivirus updates have not been done. They cannot connect to the internet. They have a lock that appears in the middle of their desktop that locks and unlocks. You cannot move the lock nor can you place the lock in the background. It is annoying. I have a hjt log here. I was hoping someone can help. Thanks.

Thanks. It appeared to work. I did not have any problems with the pc, however, upon returning it and them logging onto the internet again, it appears to be back. I will investigate again.
