266mhz ram with 533mhz???

Ram speed is determined by the slowest speed of RAM.

I didn't know they made 266mhz RAM.... But you do realise that 533 is double 266? We might be talking same speeds here, since DDR is double data rate, which means its doubled....
 
so the 533 mhz will act like a 266mhz card?

and yeah my brother has one in his medion pc thats what cpuz is saying it is
 
While upgrading memory., you need to check for 3 things , speed size and architecture .If you install a 266 and 533 Mhz of RAm together , it will work on only 266 and the speed of the 533 card will not use , the DDR Ram has to have the same throughput speed for it to work well
