404 not found

Can anyone suggest me wat went wrong the below messages
"Not Found"
The requested URL /files/ASRSetup.exe was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.34 Server at www.dreamenstudio.com Port 80

Was this error is from my site or from ISP (that give internet connection).
If anyone came across before then will u plz suggest me!

That is simply an error on the website saying there is a web server on there, but there is no index.html or something similar.

It is nothing you did, as long as you can browse other sites, just wait for them to fix their problem.
