512 or 1mb?

Hi there, I was looking to upgrade my cpu ( pentium 4 2.0 ghz) to a P4 3.4 ghz ht and I have 2 options, the one with 512 k and the one with 1mb cache ,the price difference between those 2 is 50 bucks.Should I spend those 50 bucks more or is not gonna make a big difference?

I'd spend the extra $50. It should provide a small speed boost.
