a WoW PrObLeM

I've just installed WoW (World of Warcraft) on my computer, but every time I tried to run it a message pops up saying I don't have directx 9.0c installed or my video drivers aren't up-to-date. Well, I installed and reinstalled directx 9.0c at least 3 times and it doesn't look like it is possible to install it incorrectly. I updated the video driver today, it is now a GeForce 4, but it still won't work. Can someone tell me why this is happening and how I can fix this problem?
