  1. Hi ,

I replaced my mobo by a a7n8x-x asus one, strange thing is that it doenst boot normally.

When i am in XP and do a restart than there is no problem at all.
But when i 'shut down' the system , i cant get it booted up no more.
It keeps checking for 'analog or dvi ' connection , it finds no signal and it hangs.

solution : a very strange one, if i turn off the PSU with the switch at the back, wait for a few seconds, turn it on again..............i can boot up again with no problem whatsoever !!!!!!!!!!!!

VERY strange i think, its like the psu keeps somthing powered when 'shutted down' that prevents my system of 'seeing' my graphics card orso, i dunno....

    any solution???
    pls pst asap

There are some major issues with nForce motherboards and Radeon 9600 series cards, especially with the Asus board you have. Usually the system wont boot. Can you try a different card?
