I have a Actiontec gt701-wg from Qwest. Just recently, whenever I reconnect my modem, the power light would stay orange and nothing else would light up. It can take anywhere between 5-15 minutes of plugging and unplugging the power cord for the other lights to light up.
I had called Qwest Technical support and the tech told me it's a modem problem. He told me to leave my modem upside down for 30 minutes to see if the problem is fixed. He said if that does not work then I should get a new modem. I tried that method and it does not work.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
