Active Directory Group Policies on Windows 2003

Does anyone have any good web resources or how-tos for learning how to manage group policies with Win2003 Active Directory? Any info at all would be much appreciated, as I need to learn this system and as of right now I know nothing about it. Google is strangely unhelpful.

First, download and install something called Group Policy Management Console (gpmc.msi). In typical Microsoft wisdom, this does not come with Windows. (Yes, let's bundle a complex and extremely useful server framework, but leave out the only way to manage and configure it!)
