Add/Remove Programs List has bars

my add/remove programs list all of a sudden has bars on it, i took some screenshots of it. can someone please help me get rid of it. Thanks

perhaps it`ll work for the black bars as well.

If you installed a program just before the problem started,that could be the culprit.
Things like TI calculator software,and AutoCad for instance.

EASY ANSWER TO BLACK BAR in ADD REMOVE PROGRAM

Most of the times the problem is due to incomplete removal of Elelctronic Arts program entry.

SOLUTION

Download any other free add remove program from the net & run it.

Open your control panel and the add remove program from it and then compare the programs from it and whatever is not seen in your control panel and is seen in the downloaded add remove program is the CULPRIT. Delete that entry and VIOLA your black bars have disappeared. Usual culprit as I said Elelctronic Arts.
