Adding second HD

How would i kno if my computer is able to add a second hard drive(Dell 4400)? If it is how would i connect it to my computer?

Yes you can. Your computer has IDE drives in it so you can add an additional (up to 4 total) drives to it. Here are the specs: http://tinyurl.com/y3b5sw
You need to open up the case and see if the IDE cable going to the hard drive has 1 or 2 plugs on it like this: http://tinyurl.com/au33x Two go into the hard drives and one into the motherboards IDE controller. The Master drive goes onto the END of the IDE cable. Be sure to set the jumpers to Cable Select and make sure that the bios recognizes the drive. Here is a video Tutorial... http://tinyurl.com/bdy7r
