Admin Password??

I am trying to delete a AGP440.sys file and need to log in as the administrator to my computer, but have no idea what it is. Is there something that might be an default password or a way to reset the passsword?

If you do not normally see a login prompt when you start (XP is it), then you are already using an account Admin with a password of <blanks>. You do have the necessary rights to do what you want. However, you cannot delete a file while it is in use, and asp440.sys could be, for instance, part of your video driver. You must properly uninstall the driver, if that is what you need to do. Windows will then reboot itself and remove the driver during the boot process.

You might be wise to tell us why you wish to delete that file first, in case you are doing something naughty...or worse, the file is actually agp440.sys and has been renamed by a nasty virus.
