Administrative Tools DISAPPEARD????

hi there, i have a small problem. The administrative tools have dissapaered. the icon is still there but when i click it the window opens and there is nothing in there. ??????? why? i mean it was fine the other days i checked it for some hd i was installing and wanted to go to management stuff and it was there. now its not. any advice much appreciated.

never mind, created the shortcuts again, seems like they were deleted for some strange reason. should i be worried????
