Adware_memwatcher?

I just ran Trend Micro Housecall 6.6, & it turned up a "grayware" infection called "ADWARE_MEMWATCHER". I looked around a bit & saw somewhere that its a Spybot component to redirect known bad websites, and that removing it might possibly disable Spybot's immunization. What should I do?
