AMD 3200+ speed problem

I just built a asus a8n-sli premium with a amd 64 3200+ venice, but the board recognize the speed of the processor (2GHz) the first time, then it recognizes it as 1733 MHz, I dont have Cool n Quiet enable.

I tried bios 1008, 1009 and now I have the beta version of 1010.

Can someone help me or explain me why this happen?

Go in to BIOS setup to advanced, and find HTT speed, make sure its at 200mhz and the multiplyer is at 10.
